Meet Shannon the Trichologist, also known as Shay in the hair industry—the visionary behind this incredible haircare line. A licensed Cosmetologist with a lifelong passion for hair, Shannon began styling at just thirteen years old. Her journey started by convincing her mother to let her do hair, inspired by years of watching her work. Recognizing her natural talent, her father enrolled her in cosmetology school at sixteen, and by eighteen, she graduated from Sheridan Technical Center in 2003.

With experience in both private salons and corporate settings, Shannon has gained extensive knowledge, education, and hands-on expertise. She is dedicated to excellence, ensuring every client experiences exceptional haircare.

In April 2014, she took a bold step by opening Heavenly Hair by Shannon Salon Suite in Pompano Beach, FL. By June 2017, she became a Certified Educator, Platform Artist, and Color Educator, further solidifying her expertise in the industry. Then, in July 2020, despite the challenges of the pandemic, she launched her first storefront salon, continuing to expand her brand.
